I have been blessed to teach in the Early Childhood Education field for more than thirty years. I've taught in private preschool and Special Education in the public school district. My favorite Bible verse is Psalm 32:8, I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my eye upon you. 

I want the children to embrace that learning is fun and to let them explore through science, art and silliness.

I have been teaching for 23 years, which includes six years in a traditional school setting and 17 years as a homeschool mom. CTK Preschool opened their doors to me this year, and I have found my colleagues and families to be welcoming, supportive, loving and Christ-centered. I am excited to continue as a faculty member at CTK preschool in the years to come.

Now that my children have graduated from university, I have been blessed to be a new member of CTK preschool. Nothing gives me greater joy then to encourage and support each child as they learn and discover the world around them in new and creative ways. Always acknowledging that each child is unique with their own special gifts from God.
